The complex serves as a social center for Ardıçlı Evler, a big community placed right next to Bahçeşehir on the European side of Istanbul. An open swimming pool, a garage with a forty car capacity and two tennis courts support the complex which houses a gym, an indoor swimming pool, a restaurant, a bar, shops, studios and administrative offices.
